Joe Gericke joined the Mason family in 2018. Joe’s 40 years of commercial, bridge, and industrial construction experience have made him a great asset to Mason Construction.

Before joining Mason, Joe worked for Genral Contractors in the heavy industrial area of Northwest Indiana. Joe’s roles varied from General Superintendent to Project Manager. His experience includes advanced management of structural jobs in both commercial, bridge, and industrial environments. Currently, he plays an integral role in overseeing Mason Construction's structural department, providing support and estimations on jobs of various size and scope.

Joe served on Ironworker Local 395 Apprentice School Board for 12 years and taught Journeyman upgrade classes for Ironworker Local 395.
