As a top performing sales leader with 15+ years of success in driving strategic account acquisition and revenue expansion of the heavy civil construction and energy fields, Kelly’s impressive history of year-over-year sales and profit growth in sales and operations management roles makes Kelly a great addition to our team.

Kelly is a veteran of the United States Navy and is also a graduate of Lamar University with a Bachelor degree in Industrial Technology. Kelly also regularly volunteers in many civic organizations such as the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, as a graduate of the Leadership Beaumont program, as well as the Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce, Boys Haven & the First Tee of Southeast Texas. He is also a contributing member to several professional organizations including ABC of Southeast Texas, AGC of Southeast Texas, ISTC, Coastal Conservation Association, the Golden Triangle Business Roundtable, and the City of Lumberton Planning & Zoning Commission.
